Australian investigators have released the final report into a non-fatal incident which saw a Coulson Aviation Boeing 737 impact a ridgeline during a firefighting operation in Western Australia. The crash, which occurred on February 6, 2023, involved 737-3H4, N619SW (c/n 28035). Both pilots, who were the only occupants of the jet, miraculously walked away with only minor injuries.
