Aerosoft has announced the CRJ 900/1000 expansion pack for Microsoft Flight Simulator is now available.

The CRJ 900/1000 has been built to utilise the new technology in the new Microsoft Flight Simulator environment with a detailed model with high-resolution PBR textures and moving parts such as landing gear, flaps and doors.

Up front, the cockpit is modelled in detail with animations such as rain effects. The flight dynamics are based on Flight Simulator's new aerodynamic model to provide more realistic flight characteristics.

The package comes with 17 liveries, authentic systems simulation and an accurate recreation of the Honeywell ProLine Flight Management System, including Advisory and Coupled Vertical Navigation. AIRAC cycle 2110 with October 2021 nav data is included, although it can be updated via NavDataPro and Navigraph.

A custom EFB can be used for performance calculations based on weight and balance, set V-speeds and view checklists. It comes with eight manuals, including detailed step-by-step documentation, a custom Wwise sound set and compatibility with Honeycomb and Thrustmaster TCA controllers.
