The Duchess is a four-seat, twin-engine T-tail aircraft equipped with a retractable tricycle landing gear and two 180hp engines fitted with constant-speed propellers. Its IFR-capable avionics suite, excellent handling characteristics and counter-rotating propellers make it an ideal aircraft for multi-engine flight training. A cruise speed of 155 knots, a range of 780 nautical miles and a service ceiling of 20,000ft makes it a very capable touring aircraft.
The package is a highly detailed simulation of the Duchess Model 76, developed natively for X-Plane 12 following comprehensive, hands-on research with two real-life aircraft, G-BZRT and G-GCCL. The package sports seven ultra-high-quality paint schemes and includes a host of new features and visual upgrades that take full advantage of X-Plane 12.

New features include 8K interior and exterior textures, PBR (Physically Based Rendering) materials with real-time environment reflections and a new Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) with various customisation options and a dynamic liveries feature that allows users to customise the aircraft’s paint scheme and adjust the level of dirt.

Other highlights include interactive checklists and numerous animations, including passenger doors that are affected by G-force and air resistance. The Duchess is available on Just Flight’s website for £30.49.
