ESTONIAN SKYTRUCK DELIVERED
WORLD THE REPUBLIC OF Estonia accepted the first of two PZL M-28 Skytrucks from the US during a ceremony at Ämari air base in Estonia on March 12. The Skytrucks were previously operated by US Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) under the designation C-145A and were provided under the US government’s Excess Defense Articles (EDA) program. The second aircraft will arrive in Estonia this summer. They will replace two An-2s, which are operated by the Estonian Air Force’s Composite
