F-16 Fighting Falcons arrive in Ukraine

The first Lockheed Martin F-16AM Fighting Falcons donated to Ukraine have been delivered to the country. President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that the combat aircraft had arrived in Ukraine on August 4, 2024, during an event held at an unidentified Ukrainian Air Force base. August 4 is Air Force Day in Ukraine, with Zelensky describing the arrival of the former NATO aircraft as the start of “a new chapter” for the service. “I am proud of our guys who are mastering
