FARNBOROUGH: 50 ME-1A amphibious aircraft ordered by India’s MEHAIR

Maritime Energy Heli Air Services Pvt Ltd (MEHAIR) has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with US-based Mallard Enterprises for the purchase of 50 ME-1A amphibious aircraft. MEHAIR aims to expand significantly its operations in the Indian subcontinent and has chosen the ME-1A for its ability to operate from both land and water, which facilitates connectivity to remote destinations.Siddharth Verma, Managing Director of MEHAIR, emphasised the company's commitment to sustainable transport as he commented on the announcement: “With the world
