First batch of T-6C Texan IIs head to Tunisia
Four Beechcraft T-6C Texan II turboprop-driven training aircraft passed through Glasgow Prestwick Airport in South Ayrshire, Scotland, while on their delivery flight to Tunisia on May 13. The aircraft (serials N2766B/Y22081 ‘KA’; N2851B/Y22082 ‘KB’; N2852B/Y22083 ‘KC’ and N2853B/Y22084 ‘KD’) arrived at Glasgow Prestwick Airport from Keflavik, Iceland, and continued on the next leg of their journey to Tunisia via Bournemouth, Dorset, following an overnight stop in Scotland.
