Hooton Park adds a Percival Proctor

A new static restoration project at the Hooton Park Trust hangar on the Wirral is Percival Proctor IV RM169/G-ANVY/SE-CEA.The Percival Proctor had been imported from Sweden to Great Oakley, Essex in May 2010 for possible restoration to flying condition.
