ILA Berlin 2022: Germany’s second C-130J to be delivered this weekend

The second Lockheed Martin C-130J Super Hercules tactical transport for the Luftwaffe (German Air Force) is set to be delivered to the joint Franco-German airlift unit at Évreux-Fauville Air Base (Base Aérienne 105, BA 105), northern France, this weekend (June 25-26). This aircraft (serial 55+02) is the second of six airframes ordered by the Germans in 2018 and was en-route to the French base as this article was being penned. Upon its arrival, it will join Luftwaffe C-130J (serial 55+01)
