Lockheed Martin India announced on October 13 that the third Sikorsky MH-60R Seahawk for the Indian Navy - serial IN753 - has completed pre-delivery testing ahead of schedule.
It will shortly be delivered to Naval Air Station North Island Naval Base Coronado, California, where Indian personnel are already training on the first two Indian Navy MH-60Rs, after they were officially handed over on July 16.

India is acquiring 24 MH-60Rs, for which a production contract for 21 of them was awarded on May 14, 2020. The first three are being taken from helicopters that were already in production for the US Navy to enable early delivery and expedite the training schedule.
