IndiGo places large A350-900 order
Indian low-cost carrier IndiGo has placed a firm order for 30 Airbus A350-900s. Airbus said: “The order will help expand IndiGo’s international network to long-haul destinations.” Deliveries are expected to begin in 2027, a statement from the airline stated. IndiGo CEO Pieter Elbers described the order as a decision that “will further shape the future of the airline and Indian aviation at the same time”.
