Pilots revelled in the Triplane’s agility N6295 joined No 8 (Naval) Squadron in May 1917, coded B, before moving to 10 (Naval) in July. With this aircraft Flt Lt H. J. T. Saint claimed an Albatros C and a D.V during August 1917. N6295 ended its career with No 12 (Naval) Squadron.
