Investigators release update on fatal China Eastern 737 crash
Chinese investigators have released an update on the investigation into the 2022 crash of a China Eastern Airlines Boeing 737. The short announcement published by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) today (March 21), coincides with the one-year anniversary of the fatal accident, which killed all 123 passengers and nine crew members on board. The jet, B-1791 (c/n 41474) was performing flight MU5735, a domestic scheduled passenger service between Kunming/Changshui and Guangzhou/Baiyun, when it deviated from its cruising altitude
