KC-46A’s centreline drogue system approved for operational use
Headquarters Air Mobility Command (AMC) announced on July 12 that the US Air Force’s (USAF’s) Boeing KC-46A Pegasus Centerline Drogue System mission set has been approved for operational use. AMC commander, Gen Jacqueline Van Ovost, granted the approval as the KC-46A’s first Interim Capability Release (ICR), which is designed to meet joint force air refuelling requirements, on July 9.
