KLM cost saving measures

Dutch flag carrier KLM has introduced a number of cost-saving programmes in a bid to improve efficiencies and boost its results by €450m, as it suffers from high costs and shortages of staff and equipment. KLM has introduced some cost saving measures. KLMKLM hopes to strengthen its engineering units, simplify its organisation, improve staff productivity by at least 5% and increase revenues by introducing new products and services.
