London’s new air ambulance at Biggin Hill
A Pilatus PC-12 NGX air ambulance is now based at London Biggin Hill Airport in Kent. The aircraft (G-MEDY c/n 2437) is operated by SkyCare Repatriation, which undertakes medical repatriation services across Europe and beyond by land and air ambulance. A London Biggin Hill Airport statement described G-MEDY’s arrival at the airport as a “significant milestone in its aviation and healthcare offerings” by providing “critical care transport for health services, insurance providers and self-funding patients”.
