//42 has announced Mexican Mountain for Microsoft Flight Simulator is now available.

Located in Green River Utah, the region features brightly coloured cliffs and ridges that dominate the landscape, with elevations ranging from 4,700ft in the southeast to 6,900ft on Mexican Mountain. With majestic views, there are plenty of places to practice STOL landings nearby.

Mexican Mountain has a small footprint and is designed to work with //42 Campout with plenty of aircraft camping areas.

The area is extensively terraformed to match real-world footage and features custom vegetation and bears. The camping grounds include fire pits with heat blur and sound effects, night lighting and a custom soundscape.

The sloped untreated runway is surrounded by tall trees on both sides and RC aircraft nearby, resulting in a challenging approach. The runway also includes multiple objects and a windsock located east of the runway.

The package also includes a BLM landing area in Green River, Utah. It is available on OrbxDirect for AUD$12.00 (approx. £6.99).
