Mexicana Orders 20 Embraer E2 Airliners
Mexicana de Aviación, Mexico's state-owned airline, has placed an order for 20 Embraer E2 aircraft. Deliveries for the order, which includes ten E190-E2 and ten E195-E2 jets, are set to commence in the second quarter of 2025.Configured in a single-class layout, the E190-E2 will have 108 seats, while the E195-E2 will accommodate 132 passengers. Mexicana will be the first airline in Mexico to operate the E2 series. This acquisition is part of Mexicana's strategy to modernise and expand its fleet,
