Mount Hotham Airport is a regional airport in Victoria. It is Australia's highest airport sitting in the Victorian Alps at an elevation of approximately 1,298m (4,260ft) above sea level.
The airport primarily serves as a gateway to the Mount Hotham ski resort, a popular holiday destination during the winter months. Its single runway is used mainly for general aviation, charter flights and business jets, although in the past, it was used as a destination for domestic carriers.
Developed by Milo Taylor, the package for Microsoft Flight Simulator is a legacy version of the airport when domestic and regional carriers like Qantas and REX operated scheduled services there.

Highlights include high-definition ground and apron textures along with a detailed terminal interior and PBR effects throughout the scenery. It also sports extensive custom vegetation, more than 140 assets, including airport-specific static aircraft and details such as animations: working clock, wind turbine and many more.
The airport is available on OrbxDirect for AUD$24.95 (approx £13.41).
