New F-16C colour-bird for USAF’s ‘Wild Ducks’

A new Lockheed Martin F-16C Fighting Falcon colour-bird for the US Air Force’s (USAF’s) 309th Fighter Squadron (FS) ‘Wild Ducks’ was spotted at Luke Air Force Base (AFB), Arizona, after completing its first flight in its striking new livery on November 18. The F-16C (serial 89-2120 ‘309FS’) has been painted in a mix of both white and light/dark blue colours – the traditional tailband colours of aircraft flown by the 309th FS – complete with orange ventral fins. The tail
