La familia RTX 4000 está basada en la arquitectura Ada Lovelace de NVIDIA y en DLSS 3.0, un motor gráfico neural impulsado por la inteligencia artificial que aumenta considerablemente el rendimiento del trazado de rayos y la velocidad de fotogramas.
Según NVIDIA, las nuevas tarjetas gráficas proporcionarán un aumento significativo del rendimiento en varios títulos de juego. En Microsoft Flight Simulator, con DLSS 3 activado, el aumento de rendimiento se cifra en un 100% o en el doble de velocidad de fotogramas.
La GeForce RTX 4090 se lanzará oficialmente el 12 de octubre de este año con precios a partir de 1679 euros. La GeForce RTX 4080 saldrá a la venta el mes siguiente y estará disponible en dos configuraciones. La RTX 4080 de 16GB con precios a partir de 1269€ y la RTX 4080 de 12GB a partir de 949€. Todavía no se han dado detalles sobre el precio o la disponibilidad de los modelos RTX4060 o RTX 4070.
