Omani Hercules at Cambridge Airport
Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO) C-130J serial 505 arrived at Cambridge Airport, UK, recently to visit Marshall Aerospace and Defence, which carries out maintenance, support and upgrade of C-130 aircraft at the airport. The aircraft arrived in the UK on January 3 and the nature of the planned work remains unknown. After ordering a single C-130J-30 in June 2009, the Sultanate of Oman added two standard C-130Js to the order in August 2010. The first aircraft departed for Oman
