Open Skies An-30 in the UK
Russian Open Skies An-30 RF-36052 ‘87 Black’ was caught on final approach to RAF Brize Norton, Oxfordshire on June 15. The Clank was completing its third sortie of the day. The aircraft departed for home two days later, flying via Sweden. An-30 RF-36052 is one of around 15 examples in service, with the Open Skies aircraft being based at Kubinka airfield. Chris Lofting
