Developed by Ken Hall YMLT Launceston Airport was designed using hundreds of on-site photographs to create realistic textures with PBR (Physically Based Rendering) effects throughout.

The airport buildings and hangars are faithfully recreated, including the North East Royal Flying Doctor Service hangar and main building. It also comes with static models of Sharp Airlines Metroliners.

Nestled between the Great Western Tiers and Tasmania's highest mountain, Ben Lomond, Launceston Airport is in one of Tasmania's most scenic locations. It has direct flights to Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide and Perth, with seasonal flights operated by Virgin Australia. Sharp Airlines also flies daily rotations from Launceston to Flinders and King Islands in the Bass Strait.
