The 737-900 is the fourth instalment in PMDG's simulation of the Boeing 737NG series featuring all new models and textures, a completely new sound environment and tens of thousands of improvements and fixes.

The package includes the 737-900 and 737-900ER in passenger configuration with both blended winglets and split scimitar winglets. It features a highly realistic system simulation for all major and minor systems, a highly sophisticated logical simulation of onboard information systems and aircraft management and a bespoke flight model with enhanced rigid body physics for the wing and tail surfaces.

Like PMDG's previous aircraft for MSFS, the interior features a 3D cabin and a highly detailed flight deck with accurate cockpit displays and interchangeable instrumentation, as well as an option to match the cockpit configuration of real-world 737 operators.

A failures simulation covers nearly all QRH scenarios and a real-world mean time to failure simulations model can cause malfunctions based on time. Native PMDG datalink simulation compatible with simBrief integration is also possible.

Pending future updates to the PMDG 737-700: The PMDG EFB (cockpit tablet) is still in development and will be added in a future free update. High-resolution cabin models and landing gear bay interiors for all 737 variants are in development and will be made available during maintenance updates. New features added to Microsoft Flight Simulator will be added within the 737 via free updates (weather radar, for example).
The 737-900 is available on the PMDG website for $49.99 (approx £41).
