Poland receives final upgraded PZL-130 Orlik
Airbus Poland has delivered the last of 28 PZL-130 Orlik (Eaglet) turboprop-driven two-seat trainers to the Polish Air Force, following its upgrade to TC-II standard. The last aircraft to complete the upgrade (serial 044) was officially handed back to Polish Air Force representatives during a ceremony held at Airbus’ facility in Warsaw on October 25. The first batch of 16 PZL-130 TC-Is were modernised to TC-II standard from 2011-2013, as part of a deal worth PLN 148.6 million (€37m). In
