Portuguese Navy receives first upgraded Lynx Mk95A
The Portuguese Navy has received its first modernised AgustaWestland (now Leonardo Helicopters) Lynx Mk95A maritime utility helicopter, more than a year after the newly upgraded type completed its first flight. Leonardo confirmed that the first modernised Lynx Mk95A had been handed over to the Portuguese Navy on July 27, adding that the aircraft had been delivered to Montijo, Portugal. These upgrades come as part of a modernisation programme, which aims to extend the in-service life of Portugal’s Lynx Mk95A fleet
