QEAF's first marked Typhoon sighted and more F-15QAs are delivered
The first Eurofighter Typhoon destined for the Qatar Emiri Air Force (QEAF) performed a test flight at BAE System’s Warton Aerodrome in Lancashire on May 9, while six more Boeing F-15QA fighters arrived the same day at RAF Mildenhall, Suffolk, en route to Qatar. After signing a deal in 2017 worth £5bn with Qatar, BAE Systems is supplying a total of 24 Typhoons and nine Hawk MK167s to Doha with deliveries of the Typhoon expected to commence this summer.
