Red Bull Bullseye landing challenge released

In 2023 Red Bull aerobatic pilot Luke Czepiela successfully landed a Carbon Cub on the helipad of Dubai’s Burj Al Arab Jumeirah Hotel at an altitude of 689ft.

The Bullseye challenge allows sim pilots to recreate Czepiela’s historic landing on the Burj Al Arab helipad.

The Microsoft development team has released the Bullseye Landing, allowing sim pilots to recreate Czepiela’s historic landing on the Burj Al Arab helipad.

This landing challenge, dubbed the Bullseye Landing, will allow sim pilots to attempt a high-precision STOL landing of a modified CubCrafters XCub within the 27m diameter helipad. Should you need extra power to abort the landing and go around, the XCub is equipped with a small amount of nitro, just like in the real mission. The Bullseye Landing is available as a free download from the in-sim Marketplace.
