Russian Open Skies Careless in the US
VOZDUSHNOKOSMICHESKIYE Sily Rossiyskoy Federatsii (VKS, Russian Aerospace Forces) Tu-154M-LK1 Careless RF-85655 departs Travis Air Force Base near San Francisco, California on March 31, following its participation in a series of Treaty on Open Skies surveillance flights over US military facilities in California and Nevada. The latest Russian Open Skies flights were based out of Great Falls International Airport, Montana, and included overflights of the secretive Nellis Test and Training Range (NTTR) in Nevada.
