Schiebel says reports on S-100 use by Russian military are incorrect
Rotary uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS) manufacturer Schiebel has moved to refute suggestions one of its S-100 platforms, operated by Russian forces, was shot down by the Ukrainian military in mid-April. According to a social media post by Ukraine Air Assault Forces Command on April 19, two “regular Russian UAVs”, including a “Horizon Air S-100” UAS and “Orlan-10” fixed-wing platform, were shot down by special forces units.
