So long, Lynx
TWO LYNX HMA8s from 815 Naval Air Squadron, based at Royal Naval Air Station Yeovilton, Somerset, fly in formation on January 26 as part of the Lynx retirement celebrations organised by the Royal Navy pending the withdrawal of the type in March. The seven remaining HMA8s, currently serving with 815 NAS, will either be sent to museums or reduced to spares to help support the Royal Navy Wildcat HMA2 fleet.
