Starfighter, Voodoo and F-16 receive makeovers in Florida
Three retired military jets, in two locations, have recently been the subject of refurbishment work in America’s ‘sunshine state’ The efforts on all three exhibits are at different stages. Valiant Air Command Warbird Museum in Titusville, Florida is currently restoring Lockheed F-104B Starfighter 57-1296 for static display. The two-seater was acquired from Florida-based Starfighters Inc. It was most recently on the US civil register as N65354; the museum has yet to confirm its final colour scheme and identity.
