According to lead developer Marcus Nyberg: “construction progress is moving forward quickly at the moment.” The more time-consuming tasks like the terminal areas are progressing at one pier per week with Terminal 5A/B/F probably finishing up before the end of this month which leaves work with Terminal 2 and Terminal 4 before that whole complex is ready. A lot of the airside buildings are at a late stage in the process and work continues on the new custom GSE (Ground service Equipment) items that will be introduced at ESSA. There is still some work to be done on the landside details and the less noticeable buildings.
The ground textures are almost complete with detailed ortho imagery that combined with the updated high-resolution mesh and new texture set. Orbx is also looking at possibly releasing Prepar3D and X-Plane version if there is a market for these products. No release date has yet been announced.
