Stratofreighter flight return boosted by new acquisitions
The Berlin Airlift Historical Foundation (BAHF) has obtained several dormant Boeing C-97 Stratofreighters from Greybull, Wyoming-based B&G Industries to boost its bid to maintain its own C-97G, 52-2718 Angel Of Deliverance, in airworthy condition. The New Jersey-based organisation acquired 52-2718 from the Grace Air Medical Foundation in 1996 and successfully returned it to the skies on November 17, 2017.
