Supercarrier Pro for MSFS released

Following three years of research and development Miltech Simulations has released Supercarrier Pro for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

The package features realistic systems and operations found in US and international aircraft carriers. It comes with several accurately modelled ships: Ford Class CVN 78, Nimitz Class CVN 76, Arleigh Burke destroyers and Ticonderoga cruisers. Additional US historical ships and French carrier Charles de Gaulle are also planned for free future updates.

Supercarrier Pro features 14 moving locations and 14 static (anchored) locations worldwide, with a custom in-sim toolbar providing full control of the carriers. Static locations are identified by ICAO code and moving locations are identified with POIs on the world map. A map view is available here.

Other highlights include universally compatible arrestor cables and catapults so any stock or third-party aircraft can use the catapults and arrestor cables without any modification and regardless of whether it has a tailhook or not.

**A functional optical landing system guides aircraft to the deck.** Miltech Simulations

FLOLS (Fresnel Lens Optical Landing System) and Landing Reference Light Systems (LRLS) guide aircraft to the deck with a follow 'The Ball' and a landing signal officer provides audio callouts to guide the aircraft on landing with a feedback scoring system based on real naval operations. It also features animated crew, jet blast deflectors, elevators and a fully accessible hangar (moving carriers only).

Navaids: ILS and TACAN are available on static carriers
Carrier Comms: UNICOM and ATIS are available on static carriers
Carrier ATC Voice channels are available over Discord for all locations
