Turkmenistan receives first C-27J Spartan
The Turkmenistan Air Force has received the first of an undisclosed number of Leonardo C-27J Spartan Next Generation (NG) tactical transports, following its arrival in-country on June 6. The aircraft – ’20 Blue’ (still carrying the Italian test serial CSX62319) – departed Turin-Caselle Airport in Italy’s Piedmont region on June 6 for its delivery to the Turkmenistan Air Force.
