EFTU Turku Airport is the oldest civilian airport in Finland and one of the busiest destinations in the country, both in terms of passenger traffic and cargo.
The package for Microsoft Flight Simulator is an authentic recreation of the real airport with accurate buildings and interior modelling for the terminal and control tower with 3D people.
Other details include realistic ground textures with accurate taxiway signs and ground markings. It also sports real-world terraforming and PBR (Physically Based Rendering) materials throughout the scenery. Various animations include flags, airport workers, custom ground service vehicles and detailed night lighting.
Finally, the immediate surrounding area is recreated with car parks, accurately placed roads and signage.
