UAE receives final GlobalEye

In a major milestone, the UAE Air Force and Air Defence (UAEAF&AD) has taken delivery of its final Saab GlobalEye airborne early warning and control (AEW&C) aircraft ahead of schedule and completing its five-strong fleet within the space of four years. The fifth and final GlobalEye for the UAEAF&AD was delivered on August 28, to Al Dhafra Air Base.
