Ukrainian Open Skies Clank visits Hungary
Tamás Martényi POVITRYANI SYLY (PS, Ukrainian Air Force) An-30 ‘86 Blue’ was an unusual visitor to Hungary’s Kecskemét air base, where the Clank was taking part in Treaty on Open Skies surveillance flights from March 19 to 22. The aircraft is operated by the 15 brihada transportnoyi aviatsiyi (15 brTrA, 15th Transport Aviation Brigade) at Kiev-Boryspil. The brigade’s aerial photography squadron, known as the ‘Blakytna stezha’ (Azure Trail) utilises three remaining An-30s.
