US and UK launch another wave of attacks on Houthi targets

Just before midnight local time on January 22 the US and UK struck further targets in Yemen, following on from the initial raids on January 11 and 12 aimed at dissuading the Iran-backed Houthis from attacking shipping.However, the British Government says the Houthis have launched 12 attacks on vessels in the Red Sea in the past ten days.The latest operation involving US and UK forces, with support from Australia, Bahrain, Canada, and the Netherlands, hit eight targets including missile systems
