US-bound Air India 777 forced to divert into Russia
An Air India flight from Delhi to San Francisco was forced to divert into Magadan Airport (GDX) in Russia on June 6. Flight AI173 – operated by Boeing 777-200LR VT-ALH (c/n 36307) – developed a “technical issue en route with one of its engines”.
