
World Update XVI: Caribbean covers a broad swath of Caribbean locales, including Antigua, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Haiti, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Saint Kitts & Nevis, Trinidad & Tobago, Turks & Caicos and the United States Virgin Islands.
The package sports 104 Points of Interest (POIs), including the Bahama’s Nassau Harbor Lighthouse, Jamaica’s Colbeck Castle, Puerto Rico’s Faro De Pampatar, and Trinidad & Tobago’s Red House.
Moreover, Gaya Simulations has added seven handcrafted airports:

The update also includes nine activities to explore the region.

Microsoft has also partnered with Bing Maps, Maxar and a host of Caribbean governmental organisations to add geospatial data, including aerial photographs, satellite data, LIDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) data, DEM (Digital Elevation Model) data and DTM (Digital Terrain Model) data.
World Update XVI: Caribbean is free to all owners of Microsoft Flight Simulator and is available on the in-sim Marketplace.
