You need to call Thruster Air Services ( Thruster LLP ) or otherwise known as Onesky during normal working hours Monday to Friday.

They are undergoing a big refurbish of the Old hangar and stuff and Porter cabins are being moved all over the place so the phone has more than likely been disconnected for a short while. Keep trying.
