It looked so much better in its heyday. But I am pleased the spirit lives on!

Talking of Spirit, it was pleasing to be invited to the opening by Prince Michael of the “Pratts” pavilion a couple of years back, and really nice to see it restored to its former glory.

Despite rampant development round-and-about, Brooklands is still a special place.
