It’s been listed for awhile at that price.
No one seems to be buying…

Historic, but not in the overall scheme of things…since it was a dead end.
Now if we all were flying cars and it was the first, then it would be really historic.

It’s not practical as a GA business plane to be worth that price (think of oher aircraft you could buy for that kind of money).

So it’s a toy, albeit a nice expensive toy.
