I still don’t know why I photographed the Ecoflyer at Oshkosh ~ I think I just felt sorry for it being parked next to the Mustang Coral.

There’s some strange stuff out there. Last year at Camarillo airshow we were stood next to one of Rutans Boomerangs which has forward swept wings discussing probable flight problems. Mostly bought about by it’s boomerang shaped wings meaning that it couldn’t fly cross-country (or even cross-county) & was limited to flying endless left hand circuits & ALWAYS landing back exactly where it had just taken off from. The humour seemed to be lost on the operator for some reason…:diablo:
