The Israeli Me-109 were bought from Checoslovakia, so I believe they were “real” Me 109 and not Bouchons

Not ‘real’ Me-109’s but the Czech S-199 – a development with a Jumo 211F engine and props from a Heinkel He-111.

So, not Buchons (RR Merlin), but not real Me-109’s (DB 605) either….
