There are a number of Hawker biplanes on rebuild to fly, but non of them are anywhere near ready, with the exception of the Fury.

There were supposed to have been the remains of at least 2 Hectors found in Ireland, 1 of which is rumoured to have gone to the states many years ago “though these might be the remains that were incorperated into the airworthy Demon”, the other one, was a fuselage frame that was recovered along with one from a Hind, both of which are still in Ireland.

The frame at Skysport, is believed to be that of an Australian Demon.

There is/was a Demon being restored to fly in Australia, but it’s rebuild was shelved some time ago.

There are several other ongoing/planned rebuilds, both to fly & for static display.

Does any one know who has the Osprey in Bedfordshire ?.
