The other Vampire T11, XE979, is parked under the tail of the Meteor, and yes its really bad condition. The ‘pod’ is completely broken open on both sides, also looks to have been burnt ? and he interior is gutted it is only held together by the canopy frame. The rest of the airframe, wings, tail booms, undercarriage and canopy and frame seem OK. As I know nothing about the owners I shall not comment on there current condition, however one always hopes that even an aircraft is such a poor condition might one day help another airframe by donating parts.
